Description
Removing License server contact.
Set Unlimited as default value in the following cases:
New installations
No need to create a client account.
Existing installations
License update button or /script/upcp wil set all values to Unlimited
Testing a patch is in progress.
At a later stage the code will be completely removed.

Seems it it working realy good on test servers.
Tested on new installs (6.1.0 svn) and updates (6.0.2083 to 6.1.0 svn).
Need more confimation that it works for 100% before set to 100% done andstatus closed.

It's working fine too on my private test server running on latest svn version.
